Enterprise Closed User Group (ECUG) is a corporate shared voice bundle offering that allows you to manage your company's call costs. You get preferential voice call rates for employee-to-employee and employee-to-third-party-stakeholder calls in a closed user group.
This bundled voice offering for corporates is managed on MTN's post-paid billing system (Singleview).

How it works
The White List (employee-to-employee calls)
Calls between White List users deplete the shared bundle at preferential rates (White List subscribers must be on a contract with the same Service Provider).
Calls between White List employees and Grey List users also deplete the shared bundle at preferential rates.
The Grey List (employee-to-third-party-stakeholder calls)
This can also include employees who are not on the White List (on any national network provider).
Calls from Grey List users to employees will not deplete the shared bundle and are billed to Grey List users dependent on their contract.
Call rates are not applicable to international calls.
A self-services reporting and provisioning tool will help you manage these lists.
