No, because there is a 3rd party network involved which is not maintained by MTN Business we cannot offer SLA’s on these services.
Can I order Ad-Hoc bundles over an extended contract period, eg: 12 months or 24 months.
No, as the term Ad-Hoc implies this needs to be done as required or on a monthly basis.
Why does the MTN Business ADSL pricing seem higher than other providers ?
You need to compare apples to apples, many of the ADSL providers offer ADSL services that are shaped or have FUP’s (fair usage policies) in place or high contention ratios on the networks. Isn’t a virtual server far more vulnerable than an incumbent server?
On the contrary, all settings, data sets and configurations for a virtual server are stored in a file that are not reliant on underlying hardware.
